How to use it,
Brows: Use the bristle side of the specially designed brush applicator to coat each strand combing in an upward direction. Brows dry set.
Lashes: Use the flat side of the specially designed brush applicator to lift the hair shaft in an upward direction and the bristle side to comb and coat each strand. Lashes dry set.
